By using www.yopreneurs.com or enrolling in any Yopreneurs program, you agree to these Terms. “Yopreneurs” means Yotribe Learning Private Limited, Pune, India.
Eligibility & accounts
Programs are designed for teenagers aged 13–17. All purchases, applications and registrations must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for the student’s conduct in programs and the community. Course and community access is hosted on learn.yopreneurs.com (powered by TagMango) and is personal and non-transferable; sharing login credentials or course content is prohibited.
Programs & admissions
Launchpad admission is by application; we may accept or decline applications at our discretion. Cohort dates, facilitators, venues and curricula may be reasonably adjusted; material changes entitle you to the remedies in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Sandbox companies are supervised educational exercises; Yopreneurs is not a party to, and accepts no liability for, any continuation of student ventures beyond a program.
Acceptable use
The community and our programs must remain safe and respectful. We may suspend or remove, without refund, any participant who harasses others, behaves unsafely, or breaches these Terms.
Intellectual property & media
All website, course and program content is the property of Yotribe Learning Private Limited and is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. With consent collected at registration, we may photograph/record program moments for educational and promotional use; consent can be withdrawn prospectively at any time by writing to us.
Liability & law
Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant program. These Terms are governed by Indian law; courts at Pune have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact: hello@yopreneurs.com.
