Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pre-recorded courses (FinSmart, ThinkAI)

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked, provided less than 30% of the course content has been consumed. Write to hello@yopreneurs.com from the purchase email.

Cohort programs (Launchpad, Ignite)

100% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before the cohort start date; 50% refund between 14 days and the start date; no refund after the cohort begins. One free transfer to a later cohort is permitted per enrolment, subject to availability.

If Yopreneurs cancels or materially reschedules a cohort

You receive a full refund or a free transfer, your choice.

AI Olympiad

AI Olympiad registrations are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. This policy forms part of our Terms of Use.
