Information we collect
(a) Information you provide: names and contact details of parents/guardians, and student details (name, age, grade, school, city) submitted through applications, registrations and forms. (b) Automatically collected: device, browser and usage data via cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity). (c) Payment information is processed by our payment partners (TagMango and its payment gateways); we do not store card or banking details.
Children
Our programs serve teenagers aged 13–17. We collect student information only from, or with the verifiable consent of, a parent or legal guardian. Parents may review, correct or request deletion of their child’s information at any time by writing to hello@yopreneurs.com. We never knowingly market directly to minors, and student identities on our website are limited to first names and ages.
How we use information
To process applications and enrolments; deliver programs, courses and the community; send service communications and, with consent, updates about programs and the weekly webinar; improve our website and offerings; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, TagMango, Brevo, analytics), under appropriate safeguards, or where law requires.
Retention & security
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as law requires, and protect it with reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls).
